In response to the disgruntle employee post, below. In one sentence she states she couldn't work for the company without a contract, later in the paragraph her story changes.
As you clearly notice there are contradictions through-out her mean and vindictive post.
My name is Mike and I worked for TXSP from 2003 - 2010 as the Territory of Sales Manager, before relocating to another State to care full-time for my parents, who are both suffering from ailing health issues.
TXSP entire business philosophy evolves around caring for its employees and their family, first. The owner would never use such unprofessional words, its simply not in his DNA; in fact 60% of the company employees is of the Caucasian race. You will not find a better person or company in this type of industry to work with.
I personally terminated the person in question, simply because she didn’t do her job. She was brought in under the same system as all salespersons a 90 day working interview, and released before the 90 days expired..
Since 2001, TXSP annually photograph more than +50,000 portraits (customers) each year, we hire 20 - 25 additional seasoned photographers, and as our company continue its growth, so does our sales staff.
Sadly, the internet allows anyone to make a post without ramifications or validation. TXSP will not respond to any future post.
