Two Men And A Truck

I want to take a moment to describe what an awful experience I had with a local company. I moved recently and had to pick a moving company. I went with two men and a truck. What a mistake. They took a simple 2 bedroom move and turned it into a 16 hour nightmare. They did not show up the morning of the move. When I called them they said I was down for a different day. I explained I had confirmed just a day or two before and had a letter with the days date on it. They half heartedly apologized. Said they would have some one come to move me between 12 and 1. They were supposed to arrive between 8 and 9. They did not arrive until 230 in the afternoon. When they showed up they did not have the inventory correct or tools at all. They spent hours on a ping pong table which I listed first. They said it was not in the list. They made me sign a document stating it would take longer but at 3 pm I had no choice. I tried to call the office but they closed at 2 pm. So now I am stuck because I was mo more

and very polite!\r \r We had to move from one apartment building to another, about 2 buildings down. It was not an easy move because we have lots of big items and it was down 2 flights of stairs and then up 3. The men were early to arrive, called me "ma'am", took care of our property with ease and completed the task in under an hour. \r \r The price was reasonable as far as moving expenses go, but we were happy b/c they did not dilly dally and they got the move done in such a short amount of time that our bill was less than we had expected. \r \r The customer service team I spoke with the set up the move was very professional and courteous as well.\r \r I highly recommend this company. more
