Two Men And A Truck

Just used these guys over the weekend and I have to say what a great experience! I have used movers in the past, but not this company. My husband has never used movers and was very apprehensive to hire anyone, especially because all posts seem to be so negative. But Saturday night his quote was 'These guys really know what they are doing. Thank God we didn't have to move all this stuff ourselves."" and Sunday's quote was â??We are always hiring movers when we move!' \r \r I can't even begin to thank David Kong enough for helping with the prep work. Every time I left a message or had a question, I was called or emailed by him or the staff promptly. \r \r Their name is 2 Men and a Truck, but they graciously sent 3 men! The guys, John, Chuck and Carlos, were extremely professional and the most put together team I have ever had in a move. They packed up our 3 bedroom townhouse with a basement in just under 2 hours, drove the 2 1/2 hours to our new location, and unloaded within an hour. They took care of all our belongings with care- not once was I concerned with them breaking anything. My husband even made the comment as to how careful they were to not scratch anything against our walls- both loading and unloading. And what's best is the price was lower than quoted to me!\r \r I will definitely recommend this company, especially the 3 guys we had, to anyone who is moving! And when we move next year, they will be our first call! more

If you would like your furniture to remain undamaged, do not use this company. They dropped my bedroom dresser, tried to conceal the damage by placing bags on the destroyed corner, and then have not returned my calls and emails to fix the damage/give me a check for it. It has been a month after initially filing the damage report with the Glen Mills office, and they still have not sent anyone to my house to fix the dresser and have not returned any of my calls or emails. They are extremely irresponsible and I would advise anyone looking to move to never, I repeat never use them. I have been very patient for a month, waiting for repairs or a replacement check - but enough is enough. This moving company who is ""insured"" damages furniture and then gives its customers a major run around without ever fixing/reimbursing for the damaged items. more
