My girlfriend and I LOVE this place! We eat there whenever we want something decent for lunch. I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about- the owners are adorable and go well out of their way to be courteous and welcoming and always have. The portions are huge and the food is very, very good. It's fresh and great! There's a wonderful little patio area with fountains which create a nice atmosphere for a relaxing lunch. I've brought clients here a few times for lunch meetings and it's always gone over in a big way. This is one of our absolute favorites in the area. I highly recommend it! Pros: Great non-greasy fresh lunch food, good service, nice fountains for relaxing lunch Cons: They can get slow when busy more

Horrible customer service 4/21/2008

We didn't even stay to eat. The owners were rude and unwelcoming. You would think with the current economy, the owners would want to encourage customers to stay let alone return. more

Food was bland. Lettuce was wilted on salads. Owner was rude. Kitchen looked dirty. I find telling the last review has only one review. Probably the poor little owner writing in and lying about his bad place. more

Mediocre food, poor service 11/7/2007

Ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich, both had pieces of grisle, gross. The soda machine was out of ice even after I asked for some. The owner gave us cocktail napkins for our meal because he was out of regular ones. The place uses wax paper on top of plate chargers instead of real plates. Also had a coupon from his restaurant that he refused to honor. Maybe one or two of these items and I'd say try it again but too many mistakes suggests he's careless. Perhaps the restuarant being dead at lunch hour was a giveaway, stay away from this one Pros: Nice wine bar Cons: Poor service and attention to detail more

Great Grilled Sandwiches 8/29/2007

The Chicken Pesto and Chicken and smoked bacon sandwiches are excellent! Same with the Eggplant and Turkey sandwiches. The restaurant is definitely quiet - nice change for the pace and don't have to worry about my three year old interrupting anyone. Nothing seems to be pre-made (maybe the chicken salad would be, but woudn't eat anyone's chx salad anyway) so be prepared for a reasonable wait. We have taken to ordering to our office for lunches. Everyone is a fan. . . Pros: Great food, personalized service, the people that own it are working and talking. Cons: If you are looking for action, this place is not it. more

The food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant! I travel to Scottsdale regularly (Cambridge, ON), and this is one cute cafe/eatery I would definitely visit it repeatedly. The food is fresh and healthy. The rueben sandwich on rye was my favorite, thinly sliced corned beef, saurkraut with thousand island dressing. Other "must tries" chicken caesar wrap and the famous vegetarian sandwich or also available as a wrap. Pros: atmosphere, delicious, good parking more

This is the best way to describe the Twisted Vine. Although the restaurant is cute, the food is nothing special. I ordered the Chicken Salad. It was very bland and looked rather boring sitting on the plate. It came with a side salad and guess what...this salad was nothing more than lettuce and alittle vinegar. No tomatoes, no cucumbers, nothing but lettuce. I eventually started sticking my vinegar soaked lettuce leaves in my sandwich to give it some flavor. Why would I want to pay almost $10 for a lunch I could make at home myself for $3. Pros: atmosphere, quiet Cons: , price more
