i definitely agree that this place is worth the hype. the atmosphere is lively and there are a number of meat (elk, ostrich, buffalo, etc.) and topping options to chose from. that said, my buffalo burger, while both succulent and perfectly cooked, would not stay in one piece; it was as though the meat patty was experiencing continental drift during consumption. that said, the flavor was excellent and the stray pieces allowed me to sample some of the table-side sauces. i don't think i would get guacamole on it again since it was kind of soggy and did not stand up to the zing of the pepper jack and green chiles that went with it. regardless i am definitely planning to return and would recommend the overall experience.
