My fiance' and I eat at this restaurant frequently. We love their food...it's very authentic and they have a large, varied menu. The atmosphere is cozy, even when the restaurant is packed. We are very glad this restaurant is here, since we feel that the triangle needs more tasty, ethnic food. Unfortunately, I have ONE BIG BONE to pick with them. Their service at night is TERRIBLE. I'm saying this from experience, because I waited tables for three years in an upscale restaurant and worked in a kitchen for one year. Whenever we go for lunch, the service is fine (I'm guessing because they weren't busy). It is very obvious that they have no sectioning patterns or host....it is complete chaos. I don't go at night with any kind of time constraint, because service can be very slow. We recently went and waited 45 minutes for our appetizers:( Our waiter apologized numerous times, but after a while it became annoying. To the owner's? (not sure who helped us) credit, they did give us 1/2 off our meal at my fiance's suggestion.
Pros: Love their food!
Cons: waitstaff is inconsistent.
