Twin Peaks Leather

Just picked up a very special custom holster for a very special custom target pistol and I couldn't be more thrilled and impressed! My first impression walking into the shop was ""these folks know what they're doing"". The fit and function of the holster proved challenging as this is a rare and difficult gun to mold. Harry (the owner, I think) is a master! The completed holster is far and above what I had envisioned in every way. The quality of the craftmanship is absolutely first rate. The holster and the custom belt look beautiful while the stitching and cut are PERFECT! I love the color, and the variable stiffness throughout the holster is exactly what is needed for the job. I will definitely recommend Twin Peaks Leather to anyone and everyone who wants the very best in custom leather work! **Note...Custom leather work can take some time to get right (5 weeks in my case), but the end result is far more than worth the wait. I have had custom saddle bags knife sheaths and holsters all made be twin peaks and being a hard core biker I use these everyday and without a flaw or worry ever. Them guys make something for you man its made and that's that!!!! more

Twin Peaks Leather makes custom motorcycle clothing and gear but make no mistake that is where their ""custom"" leather work stops. Also, the service was poor. I have a vintage (1930's) suitcase that had a broken leather handle and they said they don't work on suitcases...I figured the words ""custom leather"" would lend itself to this type of situation. Apparently not. When I asked if they knew any other places that could help me they told me quote: ""Your best bet is to get a new one."" Again its a vintage suitcase not exactally still available. So I ended up going to Tandy leather (they were very knowledgable and helpful) buying a piece of leather and dye and doing the project myself. Twin Peaks Leather is a great place if you are looking for anything leather.\r If they don't have it, they will make it for you!\r The Old Town Arvada Location is a great place to shop and gives you the feel of the Old West.\r They specialize in Buffalo hide MY FAVORITE!\r They carry Jackets, Chaps, Gloves, Handbags, Riding boots, and tons of accessories, but they impressed me most with thier ability to manufacturer our designed handbags!\r Owners, Sara and Harry are very pleasent and likeable people who listen to your needs and do their utmost to give you what you want! They even have a store mascot named Peanut a little but super friendly snoole dog who love to greet everyone who walks in!
