I'm pretty computer savvy and can handle most issues myself, however, recently my hard drive completely stopped working. I already knew it was time for a new machine, but was kinda devastated at losing EVERY photo and mp3 I own, not to mention years worth of business data and design work. With the city 80 miles away, I didn't know where I'd find someone who actually understood Macs. Enter Sheryl to the rescue! While the drive wasn't fixable, she was able to repair it sufficiently enough to extract my data. I could have kissed her!
