Twin City Taxi

DON'T EVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!! We went to walmart today, when we got done, we called twin city and they said the cab would be there in 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, a cab showed, pulled up in front of us, and picked up another fare. When we asked the driver if another cab was coming, he said ""hell if I know"", got in the car and drove away. My wife called dispatch and explained it to them but they wouldn't even tell us if another cab was coming or not. Another 15 minutes goes by, a cab comes into the parking lot and picked up another fare and drove away. I called dispatch to find out what was going on and they said that cab was supposed to pick us up, and to hold on a second. Next thing I knew she hung up on me. The wife calls back and they told her to f**king call A-1 Taxi and hung up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! more

I scheduled a cab a week ago to pick my husband and I up at the airport at 11:05 on March 3rd. No cab showed. When I called the office the receptionist was very un concerned, said she couldn't reach him he was out of range (Biddeford to Portland 15 miles, no cell phone, duh!) he could be tied up in traffic, maybe in an accident. We waited 45 minutes, finally took another cab. Whats the point in making a reservation if they can't keep their end of the bargain. I will not use them ever again and will definitely not recommend them. more

I have been using them for years. most of the time they are great but there are also thoser times when your cab never comes. i have gotten excuses like the cab has already been there and nobody was around when i was standing outside the whole time. i have had to walk a few times and it always seems to be when i have the farthest to go. more

I always considered myself to be a loyal customer of theirs. I always called them when I needed to go to the airport at an odd hour or get picked up from the airport, not a cheap trip. But this Saturday when I needed to bring my cats home from the vet's, I waited 45 minutes after calling for the taxi before I called again to find out what had happened. The dispatcher was very rude, told me I should expect to wait a long time, and would not guarantee she was going to send me a taxi in the next hour. I ended up walking home after they never sent a taxi. Don't count on ever seeing your taxi! more
