Had a technician came to look at garage gave us a estimates. We wanted a new garage door and opener. Everything was good until the day they were suppose to install it. Time frame was from 10-1. The guy didn't show up call us a round 1:20 so I reschedule it to the next morning from 10-1 showed up 10:30 took our garage down and then realize it was too big. So had to wait for the next day. I would not recommend this company. more

New Spring. No Hassle. 2/21/2010

We recently found that our garage door would not open (after having to turn up the force on our opener to the absolute maximum). A quick call to our home insurance provider, and Twin City Garage Door sent a technician out. It took him seconds to figure out that the opener was fine, but the overhead spring was not. He had a replacement spring installed in minutes, and we were good to go. It was easy and painless, except for the $180 bill. Although I hope we do not need them again, we'll call them if we do. more

Top Notch 1/17/2008

We were on vacation when the garage door needed to be completely replaced. Twin City Garage Door came out and secured the garage until a replacement door could be ordered. Installation was done quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. They even readjusted the opener to handle the new door. Outstanding customer service, great warranty. Highly recommend. more
