I have used Twin Cities Electric Inc. for both emergency storm damage and to upgrade my 100 year old home. In both cases they listened to what my goals were and discussed options with me and came up with cost effective solutions. The day of the Hugo tornado, I had a tree fall on my power lines, cutting power. The power company restored temporary power on that Sunday. By noon Monday, Twin Cities Electric had all permanent meters, conduit and power up. Anyone with anyone with an old home knows, upgrading electrics without exposing wires everywhere is not easy to do. They were knowable in how to run wires in walls and were up to the challenge. I called at 8:01 am on a Saturday and they were here by 11. They don't charge extra on the weekends. They went through my old wiring, told me exactly what I needed and didn't need, told me what other companies would have tried to oversell me, and they did a great job for less than we thought we would have to pay. \r This company went above the call of duty! They were on time, in uniform, and even had Drop Cloths & and a Vaccuum!They helped us decide our best lighting design and kept us within our budget. Teddy Lee from Twin Cities Electric has been my electrician of choice for over 15 years. He has handled everything from small emergency repairs to larger complete rewiring of properties, etc. He and his workers have always been prompt, efficient and conscientious. What sets him & his workers apart form other electricians that I have dealt with is his willingness to inform me of all possible solutions and options when available, often times giving me a less expensive solution than I was initial considering.
