They came out quickly, they were out in like an hour and a half. They fixed it up, and so far I've had no problems. The price was that they promised and they were done. I didn't have to do anything besides sign the paper. more

I had a Parrot stereo and telephone system installed from Twin Brothers. There were a few glitches in the installation, and they fixed them quickly and willingly. They were great about troubleshooting and fixing any problems that arose during the installation. They really seem to stand by their work, and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure they are delivering everything working and well. more

I was waiting for 3 hours for my appointment that I booked a day in advance and no one showed up.I called in they first said that my installer was on the way in 15 to 30 minutes. I waited and waited I waited for an hour and no one was there!!! I woke up this morning to find my car window smashed in. Not a great way to start the week. I felt like my day was doomed until I remembered a great auto glass place in the Mission, Twin Brothers Auto Glass. I called and spoke with the owner, Victor. He told me that he could have somebody come out to fix my window or that I could bring it in. Given the fact that the shop is located on 17th and Mission, I decided to bring it in around lunch time. While my window was being fixed (less than an hour), I walked two blocks to an awesome Mexican restaurant and had a great lunch. By the time I was done, I had a shiny window installed. Victor and his staff were extremely friendly. I was even offered cookies to top off my delicious lunch. I highly recommend this place.....turned my bad day into a great one!!
