What poor service. I walked in just to get an idea of prices for a wedding bouquet and there were two people working on some flowers. I just was asking for something simple and would have put in the order and deposit on the spot, but when I was in the middle of asking a few questions with one of them who was helpful, the other person came over and said, ""I'm sorry but you really have to make an appointment, we're very busy right now.""
Really, you can't take 10 minutes to help out a potential customer... I wasn't ordering 1000 worth of flowers, so my business isn't good enough for you?
Yeah, I'll be calling right away for that appointment.
You know what... if you're too busy to help a customer that walks in, then you don't deserve my business, and you get a poor rating all over the internet.
