Poor customer service!!! 10/27/2014

I walked into the store on a Monday at 4:55 pm and wasn't greeted with a warm hello and welcome to our store. Instead I was told "we are counting the till and close at 5". So I left. It was an older woman - possibly the owner??? So much for customer service and selling to the working woman who works past 4pm. I'm not going back there. I will take my money and consignment clothes to Once Is Not Enough in Emmaus or Clothes Mentor in Allentown (near Wal-Mart at Mill Creek Rd). more

Twice as Nice 4/8/2006

Nice collection of used clothing. Women’s, men’s and children’s used clothing each in their own private store in the same bldg. Used book store also on premises. You can really stretch your clothing budget by supplementing with these excellent used clothes. They will also take used clothing on consignment. I haven't used that service so I do not know the rules. more
