Had technician come out to service a Sony LCD, was trying to get him to explain the problem to me, He grew very frustrated and told me that I should just google the problem or call Sony and maybe they could help me, That is not what I paid for. After all that the estimate I got was outrageous, about $600, I called another company, they were able to come out next day, Also they educated me about the problem and that it was a know failure, and they fixed the TV in just a few days for $285.
