At first, I had 2 white lines coming down my screen but as days passed more lines began to appearwhich made my 52 inch Sony Bravia that was only 2 years old look bad. So I scheduled a house call to TV Masters. The technician came a bit late but it was no biggie because I had time. He first came in and saw my TV and knew exactly what the problem was. Unfortunately it was difficult for me to understand some of the specifics because of his accent and broken English, but it was all made clear to me because of his assistant. He explained the core of the problem and what would need to be replaced. They did charge me a $48 house call charge, but then knowing it applies to the entire amount, I had no complaints. About a day later I received a call for my TV and its estimate for its repair and TV part cost. The price was fair, especially when you compare it to the actual TV cost. I got the TV back about 1 week later which was quite a long time for us TV lovers, but it was bearable. Well if I were to recommend a TV fixing business, TV Masters does the job. My TV is working fine with great, maybe even better quality than when I first got it.
Pros: tv works great, color, sound, and super clear quality
Cons: may arrive a little later than scheduled
