I'm impressed with their security and also with how the teachers treat everyone. I saw this firsthand that they were all amazing to the children there. I was called out to do a construction job for them and can't say enough good things about how all the kids got along, how the teachers were very professional and nice, and how Debbie treats eveyrone there. Truly incredible. more

You guys are amazing! My Aunt lives right near you and takes my niece to your tutoring place...it's pretty amazing how much she's learned. We skyped the other night and my niece knew so much more about the science projects you have given her. I am deeply impressed by what you've done with her! Thank you so much!\r more

My brother's children all go to Tutor time. They always come home happy and grateful to be part of the place. They have also made some really good friends there, as I have seen with my own eyes when visiting my brother that his kids always have friends from tutor time over at the house. I strongly recommend tutor time for anyone who loves their children and want them to have a great time while learning. Excellent school facility and A+++ all the way. more

Wonderful - truly exceptional program. You'll be warmly welcomed. Play-based philosophy where children still learn all the usual academic concepts - they just have more fun doing it. more

I like how organized the school is when it comes to planning activities and allowing families to get involved in activities. Tutor Time encourages families to meet with the director for coffee to talk about the preschool. My daughter grew emotionally thanks to the warm and caring teachers and staff. more

The school consistently bends over backward to find creative, fun-filled ways to educate my children, who literally run from my arms to their teachers without so much as a backward glance in the morning. Each afternoon, they greet me with smiles on their faces, having enjoyed another day filled with exploring, singing, dancing, playing, climbing, cooking (yes, the kids learn how to cook), eating, digging, building, touching, and doing. I can't speak to the one negative review about this school, other than to say that the writers clearly must be referring to a different school, because anyone who has a negative word to say about this school can't possibly have been paying a shred of attention to the marvelous place that this is. more

I have had the pleasure of experiencing Tutor Time for my two children over the past 3 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice if I tried. more

Avoid at all costs! 6/6/2011

Where do I start? There is a reason this place is at less than 50% capacity. Sure, they will say the economy has them running below 50% capacity. Try again. Its because they care about your money before your child. Check out any other center in Yorba Linda or Placentia and you will find completely full centers. (most have waiting lists). That should tell you something. If a center has a waiting list - its probably a good place. This YL Tutor Time is the worst experience I've ever had. They tolerate bullying, biting and hitting. (While you are at work - your child is having to learn how to defend themselves from classmates. The teachers do NOT discipline, guide or redirect kids with bad behavior. Your child will be on their own.) Your child will likely pick up bad behaviors. There is no effort to increase/improve speech or social skills. Its basically a free-for-all daycare (not a learning center) with a ratio of 12 kids to 1 teacher. All the teachers are very young and ill-equipped/trained. The owner of 8+ years (Deborah) of this Tutor Time franchise is completely frazzled 100% of the time. Just spend 5 minutes with her and your decision not to enroll at the school will be perfectly clear. My best piece of advice - do NOT go there. If you do - tour the school with the owner, ask questions and trust your gut. I'm sure you will come to the same conclusion. more
