Very Disappointing..... 1/30/2009

I am writing to let people become aware of our experiences at Tutor Time, in Baldwin, NY. \r Our daughter, who was only 17months at the time, was placed in the care of Tutor Time for exactly one week and 3 days, before my husband and I had to pull her out. \r We were very disapointed with the service we received. Without getting into much detail, we witnessed some unsanitary issues and every other day our daughter was coming home with scratches and bruising. The management team was very unresponsive and unsympathetic to everything that was going on.\r So, if you are searching for a daycare center for your child, I would think twice about Tutor Time in Baldwin, NY. more
