Low quality cars, service department does not follow through... 11/10/2013

I purchased my second Hyundai from Tustin Hyundai. The quality of the 2013 Sonata is worse than the 2010 Elantra I traded. They are going in the wrong direction. The service department is suppose to wash my car when I bring it in for service. Not only did they not wash it, but it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. Avoid Hyundai at all costs. more

Our family has purchased 2 cars this year, the service we received has been over whelming. They take the time to know and understand your needs and are not concerned about the sale of the car, but want to do what is right for you. Unheard of with other car dealerships. more

Dropped off at night / done early morning 10/16/2013

Used the after hours key drop and noted a couple issues. Got a call the next morning before 9:30 that the work was done! Easy, convenient experience. I recommend these guys. more

Been coming here for years but never a great experience 10/8/2013

I have come here about 5 or 6 times for service and most of the time this dealership is very slow with work. Just a simple oil change often takes one hour and they always take longer than initially quotes. There are several shopping areas in the area to visit while waiting, but unfortunately most are just out of the range of the free shuttle service, which is kind of silly. On the plus side, the staff is always extremely friendly. If it wasn't for the free oil changes, I definitely wouldn't come here. more

i've had a pleasant experience at both the auto service and sales centers. people have been friendly and accommodating. always nice being offered water, popcorn and free bbq on saturdays! waiting area at the service center is always clean, and i'm glad they have work tables for those that have laptops. overall, a great experience, and no complaints thus far. more
