Clear-cut budget 4/13/2012

Establishing a clear-cut budget is the foundation for buying a home, that too, for the first-time. My mortgage planner Michael Aning clearly explained the importance of having a well-established budget, and also did a clear workout. This helped increase my down payment. Thanks, Mike! more

Chase turned my application down due to some silly income issues, but the team at Turnkey understood right away and went the extra mile for me until I got a mortgage. Financial advice worth anything! 4/1/2012

I had almost a good income, a very large down payment and two children. I had a thorough discussion with Michael Aning of Turnkey Mortgage Solutions. He advised to reduce our down payment and set an adequate amount of funds aside for college. This in fact, turned out to be the best way to meet our goal for providing education for our kids. Parents with large down payments, I encourage you to get his financial advice! more

Guidance above and beyond the ordinary! 3/8/2012

My family has a single income, and my husband is the only earning member. Turnkey Mortgage Solutions gave invaluable guidance, so that we established a trust and obtained adequate life insurance to pay off the mortgage in the event anything happened to my husband. Phew! It was a relief on the financial side of owning a home, and we also got important advice about choosing a legal guardian for our child, in the event anything happened to me/my husband. more

Has helped me block! 2/7/2012

I used to receive phone calls and junk mails with offers of loans, insurance, etc. from sort of, 'unscreened' lenders. Turnkey Mortgage Solutions came to my rescue. I went to them for pre-approval, and they handed me a document detailing how to opt-out of these unwanted solicitations. My phone and mailbox is more safe now! more

Awesome Mortgage Planner! 2/3/2012

I was a first time home buyer in CA, and was really stressed, like my every other fellowmen. I was referred to Michael Aning by my neighbor. Their entire methodology of working is very professional.
