First it usually takes about two weeks to have your piano tuned not two months. Secondly, in the entire CSRA you have approx. 800,000 people and their are only 4 people who tune pianos. I would love to hire 10 more people to tune pianos but very few people know the craft. Next, we live in the middle of The Bible Belt and every church has a piano that needs to be taken care of most of the time in the fall with Christmas approaching. Next, Turner's sells a lot of pianos that need to be tuned, where did you buy your piano? Lastly, Turner's has been serving the piano needs of Augusta for over 50 years and is the last piano store in the area. We stand on our reputation of great service and sales as well as a trained staff to help you with any of your piano needs. I wanted to have my piano tuned, and when I called, they told me to wait for two months just to make an appointment for tuning, with the reason of fall season starts soon, so they do not have space available for tuning. They are friendly, but I think for a big company like this, they should have had more tuner to do this service. I would not recommend this company for tuning your piano. Thanks more
