BEWARE - horrendous care!! Bad, unprofessional, disorganized & rude people - even the Dr's! I definitely would not trust a pregnancy to this office, let alone your annual care.\r \r Wish I had seen these other reviews before I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Turner. I chose her because I had recently moved to the area and saw an article on her in Seven Magazine...but was very disappointed. During my appointment, Dr. Turner could not answer my questions, she promised to follow up with me that week via telephone, 4 months, three phone calls to the office and one written letter to her personally - I finally receive a curt letter back from her office instructing me to ""just make another appointment or if I'm not happy with my care, to go somewhere else."" Wow. more

This office is HORRIBLE!! I have been going back and forth for 4 months in regards to them billing me for std tests I never asked to have done! I told Kim the office manager I needed these tests removed immediately and if they werent I would take further action and she replied "" If thats your prerogative!!!"" and hung up on me!! I will never recieve another service from them ever!!! more

Dr. Turner is by far the best OBGYN Dr. I have ever seen. I would like to start by saying that I was recommended to her by my primary care physician after not having a period in close to 3 months. I was very anxious about the appointment at one point was even feeling I could be pregnant. It turned out I wasn more

I have had experience with several of the Dr's in this office and have only had one that I love. My original Dr. was Dr. Turner, who was efficient, but lacked in personality. It just so happened that when I was ready to deliver, she was out of town. Dr. Foster stepped in for my C-section, and I'm so glad he did. I LOVE him. I remember being so upset when I found out that my Dr. was out of town, but what a blessing it turned out to be. He was warm, caring and extremely professional. He gave me such a great experience that when I found out I was pregnant again I did not hesitate to make my appointment with him. His bedside manner is incredible. I feel like he's part of our family and I would encourage anyone to go see him. Even if you have hesitation in having a male OBGYN, please reconsider. He really is the best! more

It seems that the doctors in this office only provides you the treatment you deserved based on your professional background. As a first time patient I only put ""house""-wife because I do that for privacy purposes. They set an appointment for me with Dr. Andrew Pack , and I have to say my first time experience with him was not only traumatic but EXTREMELY very unprofessional and broke the doctor to patient service code. 1. He judged me on my past medical history that was out of my control 2. He made me feel like a witness on the stand in the courtroom. He was the prosecutor and I of course was the witness 3. He yelled at me over and over because I couldn't give him the answers he wanted to hear. Granted, telling him information that was given to me from previous doctors ( Of course I have no other choice but to be honest, because Im going to him for care and help because isn't that what doctors do? and what we PAY them for ? ) 4. Told me he had a HIGHER IQ than me - after I answered the same question that was asked 5 min earlier, just because I had politely asked him ""I thought I just answered your question."" He didn't take my question very lightly he took it very personal and looked at me as if I was so stupid. 5. Made me cry when he knew how excited I was to know that this is the first time I was able to carry a baby 4 months in, when doctors in the past told me that I would have a problem getting pregnant. 6.He never apologized, only told me that he doesn't feel we should further, and I am better off going with another obgyn. Because of this... not only am I writing to the Nevada Medical Board, I am also writing to the Las Vegas Review Journal and Weekly, and little does that doctor know that my husband and I own one of the largest lawyer referral corporation in California, we also have 8 offices that specializes in work comp and P.I. cases, not including the surgery centers that we run with orthopaedic surgeons, and my marketing, billing and collections company. I am so glad he never knew what I really did because maybe I would never see his true colors. BTW - i only gave 1 star for the appearance of the office because the office is nice. May I also add, that the hispanic lady who works in the front office who told me that the office manager was not available and was at another office taking care of urgent issue, needs to understand that all doctors offices must always have a office manager available and on site, I know this because I have 8 that work for my husband and I. more

Being new to the area (Henderson), I was thrilled to find an OBGYN that was accepting new patients. Called for an appointment for a yearly exam/pap. Had to wait three weeks to get in with the first available doc. Appt was set at 9am, and I was asked to show up early for paperwork; arrived at 8:30am. Gal at the front desk was very cold and extremely rude. Not welcoming at all. I witnessed her get quite short and rude to several patients arriving after me. There were at least 13 other women that arrived for their appointment, after me and were done and gone while I sat and waited. I am a pretty patient-patient and finally asked when I would be seen after waiting 47 mins after my set appointment (9:47am). The front desk gal acted as though she had never seen me before in her life and treated me as though I was bothering her. After finally getting called back, 1 hour and 10 mins after my set appointment (10:10am) a lady took my weight and blood pressure and asked some very personal questions and then questioned my answers in a very judgemental way. Finally saw the doc, had the exam that lasted a whole 2 mins and she was out the door. I had some questions that I needed addressed and was told to make another appointment to see the doctor, as the person who did my exam was not the actual doctor! I literally felt that I was being treated like cattle; I was poked and prodded and quickly scooted out the door. It is never a fun experience going to the Gyno, but this was horrible! I will NEVER go back and will make sure all my female friends know of my experience. I will soon be looking for a new office that cares about their job and patients!! more

Dr. Turner has failed to give me positive diagnosis test results twice now! Also wants to schedule my delivery around her vacation schedule..a full week before my due date! Not to mention already talking about induction and a c-section just so she ""won't have to wait for me to dilate on my own."" There is absolutely NO medical reason to induce or have a c-section especially since this in my first child. This Dr. is never on time, never prepared and never pleasant. I don’t trust this Dr so much that I am actually scared for her to deliver my baby however this far into my pregnancy no other Dr. will take me on at this time. Do yourself (and if your pregnant, your child) a favor and find a Dr. who has better ratings and hopefully you can trust!!! more

Not only did we have to wait one time for about an hour, and then she didn't come in until I had to use the restroom, but when she did come in, she had no idea who we were, was not prepared and didn't seem to know what she was talking about. Then, on top of that, we asked if my wife was able to now have kids, and she said yes, but only if we were financially ready? Who is she to ask if we are financially ready? Is she our financial planner or our Dr.? more

this office(on arby ave las vegas) is less than caring and dr miller has no ""bedside manner"", very cold, not something you want from a doctor that will be delivering your baby! truly not a professional, no compassion and does not care about the individual. the staff was just as cold and also rude, i would NEVER recommend anyone here, this place is a disgrace from head to toe Pros: decent office decor Cons: the doctor and staff more

Maybe she did not like me because I have nothing good to say about miller. She arrived 20 minutes after the baby was born and failed on so many levels of common sense and common decency issues including forgetting to do the tests and paperwork in order for me to get an epidural. I went through hours of terrible unnecessary pain because of her. Nice office but my average wait in the waiting room was 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a 15 minute doctor appointment.
