These people are the WORST!!!! They NEVER admit to any mistakes. They rarely keep their appointments. They make promises to get your business and then don't deliver AND some how, don't remember making them. The customer service is AWFUL!!!! They won't even apologize if they make a mistake. People make mistakes. It's expected. I don't know that anyone's looking for a hand out but an apology would be nice. Look, in today's economy, there are hard working folks out there that would do ANYTHING for your business. Don't waste your money on a company that doesn't care about you. more

Very poor customer service! We had them do some landscaping last fall. They said they would replant anything if it died within the first year. This Spring, we noticed 3 plants that were dead and needed to be replaced. I've called ever week for the last 4 weeks and spoken to the receptionist. Every time I get the same reply: ""I'll let Sean (the owner) know, and he'll call you back."" It's been a month and no reply. We still have 3 dead plants to look at every time we go to the backyard! They don't seem to care about their work or their customers. Will not be doing business with them again! more

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Very sloppy and destructive when mowing the lawn. I was scheduled for a weekly service at $40/week, reasonable price; however, they do not show up every week. They frequently skip a week or two and then show up two or three times in the same week. As long as they complete the monthly contract of 4-5 cuts, they do not care when it?s done or if the lawn needs it. I have been trying to contact them for a few days to discuss a broken sprinkler head and the large patches of lawn they keep missing. One of my neighbors actually called in the first complaint because of the clumps of grass in his yard and tire tracks in his garden. I would NOT recommend this company. UPDATE...I was finally able to contact the owner/manager of Turf Guys. BIG mistake! He denied ever hearing my complaint and said if I had a problem I should not have paid them. Good point, but I was trying to be reasonable with them. He called me a liar several times, could not let me speak without interupting every sentence and finally said he does not deal with people like me. I suppose he meant customers who questioned the service they received. I will never understand how people like this are granted a business license. Cons: Verbally abusive, destructive to property, terrible job and service, not willing to discuss mistakes they make. more
