I took my power washer to Tunney’s for a tune up this spring. The unit had started each and every time for (4) years before Tunney's worked on it. Go to use my power washer this weekend, and will not start. When I had picked up the unit I never started it, because I assumed Tunney's would have done that. I call back today and am informed that I will have to wait a week and half if I decide to let them work on unit again, and will have to pay a second time.
In short, they do not honor their work and appear to do a poor job. Will be going back to S.W. Fertilizer. It is a drive, but they honor their work and do it right the first time.
