Nice vehicles. Slow service that seems overworked. Really aggressive sales staff is annoying. They sent an email to me at 10 pm on Christmas Eve.

Rick is a professional person and he found and fixed everything that was wrong with my car. He also keep me up-to-date on everything going with my car. I will definitely keep brining my car to Tulsa Hyundai. more

I purchased my hyundai here and thought it was a great deal, good car, price and warranty. The servi. E department is horrible. I have had several issues that were due to cheap materials used in making of vehicle and one issue, which I disco ered online is a common defect that Hyundai wont acknowledge. In all these issues I was told they were all my fault but they would cover repair anyway. The service staff was condescending, rude,and arrogant. The one good service rep left after new ownership came on board. I seriously doubt I will ever buy another Hyundai and am going to change service dealership. more

I continue to use Tulsa Hyundai for service because they have trained service personnel who do a great job. I rely on Rick Young to keep me up to date on what I should have serviced. Just had the timing belt and water pump replaced...something I would not have thought of since I am not someone who reads my Hyundai handbook as often as I should. Great waiting rooms with great people. more

I have taken my Hyundai in twice for repairs and Cam Lacy, the service adviser is honest, friendly and gives accurate estimates. Love my Hyundai Tiburon, runs great at almost 300K miles. Only have done maintenance and replaced worn out parts. Will definately buy another Hyundai. more

I bought two Hyundai Elantras from this place when it was Bob Carlton Hyundai. I always liked the service dept. Nothing has changed with Tulsa Hyundai. It is the same service, same people. They are friendly and have always taken care of me with great service and convenience. I used another Hyundai service dept once and prefer Tulsa Hyundai. more

Just went in for a quick oil change -- they promised it in a certain time, had it to me 8 minutes early, and had washed and vacuumed the car and had it looking like new. Friendly staff. Nice waiting facilities. more
