Gary has been working (installing, sanding, finishing) hardwood floors for 25 years. He knows what he is doing and you Will be very pleased with the final product. He sanded and refinished my 1000 sq feet 4 years ago and they still look great. There are many companies out there but don't start your job with out calling Gary and getting an estimate. PROS: 25 years in the business. Attention to detail CONS: None more
