I can't thank you enough for the installation of my new windows and sliding glass doors. There is no more noise from the adjacent street, the windows stay clean longer, even with the rain and my allergies are much better in the house becuase of the air tight seals. You have excelled the sales pitch magnificently. I truly appreciate the wonderful installation job your people did. Thank you very much for an all around perfect job. I would like to acknowledge Kort and Phil who did the installment work, they arrived on time, worked without a break, always asked my opinion and worked as a team throughout the entire project. We are most pleased with eight windows that were installed in our home last week.After researching various window companies in town, hearing and reading about what your company and competitors had to offer, we feel confident that we made the right investment decision. Everyone whom we worked with was open, honest, took time and interest in assisting without pressuring us, and followed through to deliver what was promised. The installers were friendly, worked steadily, efficiently and extremely well together, and took great care in and outside of our home to protect the surrounding and to be certain they provided the highest standard work. We were really impressed with them! They even explained to both my husband and I seperately. how to operate and clean the windows. When we do our next projects, involving converting a window to a door and replacing our front door, we will go where we know we can get the best value for our money, straight back to Tucson Window and Door!\r more

I had two of your workmen here to install my new windows, they were very professional and very hardworking. I saw them take no breaks during 6 1/2 hours of installing my windows, in record breaking heat. They told me many features of the windows and did excellent finishing work including clean up. The windows look great and are keeping the heat out as I wanted. The salesman, Scott told me it would take four minutes for one of the workmen to come out to get the final measurements and it did. All the features he told me about were real. He knew his stuff and did an excellent job. I am very happy.\r more

We've had our windows for about a moth now and we are very happy with them. People walking by comment on them and how they imporve the looks of our place. Since cold weather has arrived we are appreciating the insulation factor they offer. Our two workers Josh and Pat were excellent. They each knew what to do and how to do it. They were neat and courtous. Craftsman would be a fitting title for them. Thanks for a fine product installed to perfection. First our options were explained and we were helped selecting the doors that worked best for us. We were under a little time pressure and they worked they're magic and got the time of fabricating and installing shortened. Next the the installers deserve a ""well done"". They made it look easy.
