A very satisfactory sales price was negotiated and several very intricate and delicate problems (any one of which threatened the continuation and closure of the deal) were effectively and efficiently solved. We had several friends who's a/c broke this summer, who had to spend time in motels waiting for a repairman. We feared the worst when we realized our a/c had broken last night. We are VERY appreciative at how fast Tucson Realty were able to get it fixed. The repairmen took their time and even found some metal pieces in the piston which they think might have been in there hampering the system ever since it was last worked on 5 years ago. With the care they seemed to put into the fix, hopefully things will run smoothly for many years. Thanks more
