Fantastic Service 8/29/2008

Richard went above and beyond customer service. I asked him if he could deliver flowers a outside of his morning delivery area. He did agree to not only deliver them by the time I requested, but said they would be there an hour earlier. Thank you Richard and Tucker Flower Shop. more

Their delivery system is outstanding 11/2/2007

I knew I was going to be put in the dog house the next day because of me being me. So on the way home I ordered a dozen roses to my girl friend's job and she loved it. I could not think of anything else to do but I allways see the tucker flower shop on my way home. I didn't even have to go inside to make everything happen. To the owners of the Tucker Flower Shop, thank you for keeping me out of the dog house. Pros: The willingness to help you Cons: none more

This is in response to the review posted by Laura C. regarding the flowers for her wedding. Having gone back through my records for June, July and August of 2005; we DID NOT provide the flowers for anyone named Laura. I am truly sorry she had a bad experience, but it was not at Tucker Flower Shop. As the owner and wedding consultant, if there was a complaint I would have been the one contacted. Flower Shop 9/15/2005

I used this shop for my wedding. Unfortunately, I did not receive at all what I asked for. However, the store owner did admit to not fulfilling his promises to me. I do have several friends that are loyal to this shop and who have always been very happy with the flowers. I have seen their arrangements before and thought they were beautiful, I suppose I was just unlucky with my experience. more
