I had heard good things about the Tuck Box but after eating breakfast there I am not sure why. The breakfast was average and priced accordingly, that was fine. The service, however, was hideous. While waiting in their tiny waiting area each group is asked from across the restaurant "How many are eating?" We are then pointed to a table. Once seated, the waitress arrives and barks out her one statement "Do you know what you're having?" Which is about all she said to any customer in the restaurant. The restaurant itself is very charming looking and reminiscent of a little hobbit hole. The staff are a different story all together. One more thing - for a restaurant rumored to be a tea house they did not seem to have much in the way of tea.
You can get a better breakfast with a much wider selection a few blocks away at Katy's Place for the same price.
Pros: Nice Ambiance
Cons: Terrible Service
