Tucalota Springs Rv Park

We have stayed here numerous times and have enjoyed the beauty of the park, its amenities and friendly staff including the manager Jerry. We were shocked by the past negative review as Jerry is a wonderful manager. We know that he's single with no children and his small dog is a male. The staff at the park have been there for a long time and talk very good about Jerry and all that he's done for the park. We will keep coming back. Our kids love the fishing and hayride. more

Gerry the park manager is a jerk. His staff goes around telling everyone that he is bi-polar and they are right. My family will never go back. When we stayed their the police and child protective services were called in. Corporate needs to check the police records. This guy killed his dogs and the dogs puppies and he buired the dogs up on the hill. Very scary! His wife had a baby and the doctor called the police. The manager is very unfriendly. Not a good family park. more

We stayed at this park in July 2010 and found everything delightful. The hosts helped us park and get situated. The manager introduced himself and turned out to be a great person. We never stayed here before but were told by others that the park has really upgraded over the past year and the new manager and the hosts have made it a lot better place to stay. We read the other review and couldn't believe some of the things they said. We did notice that the manager did not put up with people who made it unpleasant for others. We will definitly be back again. more

This park is a great place to have group outings or even a weekend getaway. Alot of work has been put into keeping the park clean. I give Kudos to all the volunteer workampers who give their time to making it a great place to stay. The only downfall is the manager of this park who has an attitude of a fire ant. He doesn't really like anybody and how he got into being the manager of this park is beyond me. He treats the hosts of the park like they are mud under his shoe and yells at them all the time. He's not very friendly with the guests either. He hides in his house and let's the hosts take the heat from the guests if there is something wrong. He has no backbone and expects the hosts to fix what he screwed up. I have been to this park several times and the only reason why I keep coming back is because the hosts make us feel at home. Thank god we don't have to deal with the manager with an attitude. I feel sorry for the hosts.\r Pros: The park is beautiful Cons: Management/Jerry more
