False Advertising - General Run Around 10/3/2006

Their website states:\r "Our two locations deliver to the Corpus Christi area, Robstown and Portland daily!" THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday from this company. They called and told me the day of her birthday that they would not deliver to Robstown, although I had already paid via their website. They weren't sure how to refund my money, and suggested I find another florist ... in KINGSVILLE. I really don't understand why someone would put other people out of their way like this, and regarding a loved one's birthday. PROS: They are pro's at giving you the run around. CONS: Yes, they are cons. more
