I was told by another company that because of viruses and a bad sectars my only option was to erase everything and start all over again. With over 4 years of business in my laptop I decided to give others a try. I was told about Tubil by a friend and decided to call them. They were able to get me a new drive without having to reinstall anything and they cleaned the virus. They picked it up at 9 am and I had it back by 4:30 that same day. more

Managed to fit us in on the same day we called, arrived punctually, fixed our company's perplexing networking problems in less than two hours, was friendly and likeable. We chose Rio because of the reviews on Citysearch, and are very pleased we did. Wouldn't hire anyone else. more

Great Service -- Very friendly 1/30/2005

Rio (the owner) provided excellent service. He's very friendly, and my price was exceptionally fair -- if not unfair to him. He spent a lot of time trying to recover a dead hard drive, then had to rebuild from an alternate source. He gave me a nice break on the time that didn't bear fruit. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with anyone fixing my computer. This company FAR exceeded my expectations and delivered to me - at my home and at my convenience - superior computer diagnostic service and repair for an excellent price. Great 10/13/2004

My computer would lock up as soon as I turned it on. I called them at 2pm and they were at my door at 3. By 5 my computer was clean from viruses and other spy files and running again. And they treated me with respect and didn't make me feel like I was stupid. Pros: Great Price, Fast, Cordial more
