As a native of Japan and a sushi lover, I was wondering how authentic their sushi is. Recently, sushi is really popular in this country, but it is very difficult to find a good place. I was wondering wrong. I was totally satisfied by the taste, presentation, and manner. The wet towel is authentic manners at a sushi counter. The sushi chef is making sushi with bare hands, which is also authentic. And the variety of sushi is very reasonable. I highly recommend the spicy rolls. Believe me, this restaurant can survive even if it is in Japan. The only problem is that you have to make a reservation if you don't want to wait for long. Well, plan ahead if you would like to get high quality sushi! This is a sushi restaurant, do not expect eat something else.
