Trussville Playstation

Had parties here before. Handled over the phone before. We understand their Christian dress code (not a problem, like no hats indoors, etc..) but I call to set up a party... and I'm told to come inside by a very rude lady who answered the phone? The first time I called I was put on hold for over 12 minutes, until I hung up. The second time I got her asking about a party... and was rudely told to 'come inside'. I have to confer with wife with dates making sure days/dates are ok. And I have to come THERE to possibly take time off from my work to make a reservation!? They normally even charge you at the door JUST to walk in... they going to charge me just to walk in, to make a party reservation, I still don't know what date it's going to be? Very rude, and uncooperative to deal with. I'm REALLY missing Skate Haven... from days gone by. more

Terrible spot for kids entertainment. Maybe if we were living in the early '80's it would be ok, but this is 2010. Complete the following and your biz might survive: 1. Post your ridiculous "no refund" policy outside where we can see before we enter; 2. The dress code is a joke...stop bothering the 8 yr old b'day boy about his shirt not being tucked in...he's having fun, not at school (maybe this rule would be better in Montana). Lol. 3. Re-vamp your gameroom. All the games are out of date. The owner must be a millionaire because he/she is certainly not concerned about our opinion. But that's ok. That's America. more

Trusssville Playstation is located near the Trussville Post Office. It is a bit hidden, so call ahead for directions. It is definately a fun place for the kids, however, it needs just a bit of remodeling. It needs to be more "modernized"........in my opinion. The kids LOVE it, and they do have a good variety of activities. Just be prepared..........they are never going to want to leave! more
