I'm having some problems with lawn mites. My specialist found the problem and is doing his best to get a handle on the situation. We are still fighting the battle but I have no doubt we will get it under control. I really appreciate the attitude of the trugreen professionals, they make me feel they are committed to making my lawn look the way I want it to look. more

I used this service for 2 houses and at the end of the year I cancelled the service on one of the properties. Two months later Trugreen called to ask for payment and I explained that I cancelled the service. She found that only one part of the three parts of the service (whatever that means!) was cancelled and since my lawn was serviced that I owe them $65. Really?! I paid them the $65 that I did not owe them and cancelled the service on my other house. I will not do business with people who won't take responsibility for their own screw up. It took 5 minutes to find out that I was not a valued customer. more
