They are pretty good; they meet the quote, the estimated time, and I have never had a problem. 11/11/2010

I have used True Tech for a few years, and they are pretty dependable as far as meeting the quote and project time. They are pretty good. Basically, you get what you pay for. I haven't had any problems and have never had to return a vehicle, so for quality I would give them a five. more

The two times I've taken my car there, I've had a very good experience, and I would recommend them. 11/9/2010

True Tech put new struts on my daughter's car, and I currently have my younger daughter's car in there, and they're doing brakes and something else. They're just real friendly and good, they did a good job on my older daughter's car, so I brought in the new car. They seem to have a good group of people there, and they seem to know what they're doing. They're not the most costly place either, they're pricing competitive. They even had a loaner car when I brought my older daughter's car in. They're customer friendly. more

Best Mechanic Hands Down in Ann Arbor 10/21/2008

Great people, honest, fun, down to earth, this is the place to go. I started going to True Tech about a year ago, and If Rich ever moves, I will follow. Pros: Very Honest Cons: they have a very friendly dog. more
