True Salon and Spa Finally! 6/29/2010

The name says it - TRUE, and that is exactly what it is! This spa is in the old fire house in Old Town Elk Grove. It is beautiful and modern. The ambiance is perfect. Tranquil music, aesthetically pleasing, and so so friendly. The space is huge and the windows opening to the street are just lovely. My experience was perfect. Cut and color are amazing and the the mother daughter duo of Sharon and Whitney is great. They are funny and nice and accommodating. I cant wait to get into one of the massage rooms that look so inviting. I haven't yet found a place of this caliber in Elk Grove. I am so pleased. Pros: Modern, Gorgeous, Just what I was looking for more

Love True Salon 6/27/2010

True Salon is beautiful and brand spankin new. Modern, airy, lots of light-the whole front is windows...very cool. Sharon is extremely professional and super friendly and she listens and helps when I don't know what I want! She's very accomodating and willing to work with me when I need anything. Great cut and color. And....on another note.....Tamara gives the best deep tissue massages! more

True Salon and Spa is beautiful. They give you what you want in a clean and pleasant environment. The look is industrial modern, the space is massive, the equipment is new and the staff are fabulous. True Salon and Spa is awesome. It is clean, sleek and totally new. Sharon is the best, she always knows what to do with my color. I feel renewed when we are finished. She also does my daughter's hair. She tames her curly locks and makes them manageable. Pros: Local,Warm, friendly, and Awesome! more

Big Thumbs Up- Whitney is THE BEST! 6/5/2010

Whitney is an amazing stylist- she never disappoints. I was referred to her by a friend over a year ago when I lived in Elk Grove, and now that I have moved to the Bay Area, I still make the hour plus drive for her to do my hair. Wouldn't trust another soul with these locks now that she's been working with me! I recommend her to all of my friends and she has never disappointed. If you're looking for a great salon with even "greater" stylists--- True Salon and Spa is the way to go--- ask for Whitney- you won't be disappointed! Pros: Professional, Courteous, Accomodating, EXCELLENT WORK! Cons: None- I drive from the BAY AREA to get my hair done here! more

Love my Hair Stylist Whitney! 6/2/2010

I have been going to Whitney for almost 3 years now and I would never switch to anyone else if I have anything to do with it. She knows exactly the coloring and cut someone her age would want so it works out perfect for me! She understands what I mean when I say I want my hair Blonde...not yellow...BLONDE!! :) Even though she is so busy she always finds a way to accomodate my busy schedule as well. I refer her to anyone and everyone I know who asks about my hair. I get compliments very often and I don't hesitate to pass out her number to anyone who is interested. The new salon is beautiful with a contemporary feel. They serve champage and always have the newest gossip magazines to read :) Definitely a thumbs up for True Salon and Spa. What a great addition to Old Elk Grove! True Salon and Spa is not only centrally located (with plenty of parking - which is hard to find in Old Elk Grove) but it offers just about every spa treatment and service you could ever need from a salon. Love this new salon! 6/2/2010

Sharon, who I've gone to for the past year and a half opened up a new state of the art salon and spa in Historic Elk Grove (Old Moules Glass building). She knows how to work with my curly hair - best haircuts I've ever had. The style is contemporary but at the same time works with face shape. She is also an expert at color! Whitney, THE BEST with hair!!! 6/1/2010

Whitney is an awesome stylist and this is her new salon, she's a co-owner with her mother. I've been going to Whitney for years now and have never or will never go to anyone else. I was lucky enough to find her and she fixed my hair from a mess up at another salon. Since then, nothing but compliments whether it be on my color, cut, and now extensions! If you want someone you can trust, she's the one. The new salon is trendy, roomy and has a lot of windows to see old town, pretty cool. They offer other services also which I plan on trying soon. It's about time we have something like this in Elk Grove. If you are not 100% satisfied with your stylist, I would highly recommend Whitney and her salon. The massage I received from Tamara at True Salon and Spa was one of the best I have ever had. The pressure was firm and steady and the flow was tremndously relaxing.
