Great Experience and Great Employees 9/26/2013

Anthony and the entire team at TrueRate partners were fantastic to work with. I tried getting a mortgage at other banks prior to meeting with TrueRate and it was a complete pain. Anthony made the entire process so easy, and he's extremely knowledgeable about what he does. We had some issues at closing (due to the bank not TrueRate) and Anthony and his team were right there to stay on top of things and help us get it resolved. I highly recommend them for any mortgage needs. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 5/7/2013

They are fast to get you in the door, but horrible at follow up! I lost my lock due to the poor service I recieved, This is my 4th mortgage and not even close htis is the worst service I ever recieved. DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE SORRY! more

Avoid this comapny at all costs 2/20/2012

We had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience doing our refinance with this company. I had to contact them as to the status of our loan all the time and our whole loan was delayed because of ineptitude. All paperwork was done at last minute, requiring us to run around gathering the necessary items before the closing. Go anywhere but here for a smooth refi process! more
