I have been to a Chiropractor in the past and have always been ""pro"" Chiropractic but until I went to True Health I never understood how helpful Chiropractic is for your entire well being not just to get rid of back and neck pain. Not only did Dr Bob help my low back pain but I feel like a new person overall. I highly recommend him and his office for truly professional care. more

It is a rare life experience when all of your thoughts and views change in a moment. My visit and treatment at True Health Chiropractic changed everything for me. My first visit with Dr. White forever changed the way I think. Not only was I allowing my misalignment to grow, causing more pain and tension, but I was also living LESS THAN my maximum health. Unlike many doctors who explain ?the human body"" Dr. White explained my PERSONAL state! He talked to me like I was a person, not just a medical chart. He made me understand the difference between not doing anything about my problem and where I could be with treatment and maintenance. To solidify my understanding he proved his findings by drawing directly on my x-ray and giving me specific measurements. BUT . . . most important to me he challenged me to change my life view! Dr. White's building and office set a standard for ANY profession! His training and level of excellence sets him apart! True Health Chiropractic is truly a wellness experience! My views and attention to personal wellness changed that day! I was positively challenged to live life MORE healthy! It would be a perfect world if every doctor could give the same! I was skeptable to say the least about chiropractic in general but I met Dr. White at a community event and knew right away he could help me. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and am in constant pain. Dr. White did a very through exam and then took the time to explain to me exactly why this was happening and then he showed me what he was going to do to help me. The thing I was most surprised about was the fact that I thought chiropractic only helped aches and pains but I learned that chiropractic can help pretty much any condition not just fibromyalgia. Since I began care I've been feeling much better be enough pain I experience is significantly less and there are days when I have no pain at all. Some of things I liked most about the office are the fact that he is open more than almost any chiropractor I have heard of. He also has a mostly walk in practice which fits my schedule to a T. I highly recommend Dr. White and True Health Chiropractic. It really is the best care anywhere! Pros: Everything exceeded my expectations. more
