Bought a truck from TO a couple weeks ago. I worked with Tony, Doug, and Jamie. The experience was great. We worked a fair deal on vehicle price, trade in price and the lowest interest rate I've ever had on a vehicle. The service department also address all my concerns on the vehicle I bought. Well here's a story about this awesome buying experience we had on Sunday. I called trucks only Sunday afternoon and spoke to Tom and explained what i was looking for and how our financial situation was. He said come on down and take a look and see what they can do, so as you know now we have a good very good looking truck for the right price and what we where looking for. My wife loves it and so do the kids. Now we will be looking forward to going camping again. I think on that note THANK YOU trucks only you guy's rock and Tom also for showing and getting what we needed. more

Do not buy a car from this place it has been the worst experience of my life. First when I went in there to buy a car I had to clearly state three times that I had 1500 to buy a car with and could make monthly payments after. They tried several times to get me to pay more. When it was all said and done I left with a new 2008 Chevy Colorado, but before I signed the paper work I noticed the Mileage and year was wrong on the Buyers Agreement. When I notified them they fixed the errors without checking the Vin Numbers. Then three weeks later the check engine light came on and I took the truck in to be serviced, they then realized that they had sold me a truck that had the wrong vin number on it. So the car I had paid for was different than the car on the paper work. They then tried to push me aside, give me a refund and send me on my happy way without helping me further and leaving me with no vehicle. I had to fight to get another vehicle from them, and when I did they said I had to pay them even more money, So not only was I baited and switched but they also got more money from me. So i signed a new Buyers Agreement that Sates I paid 2000$ down, and am financing the rest. Well wouldn't you know Trucks only says I didn't pay them the full amount and are yet again asking for more money. Luckily I have the Buyers Agreement which states I paid them the amount. If you buy a car from them they will try to rip you off if you make it easy for them. more

hello bob, just wanted to say thank you for all your exellent work and assistence and help with the navy federal credit union loan and the new tires for my new (well for me it's new) 2004 ford f-150 super-cab 4x4 truck!!! i love it and the new tires helped to clinch the deal, the fantastic interest rate on the loan from navy fed. went a long way towards making the whole thing possible. so mucho kudos to you bob, and thanks again for everything, your satisfied and happy-camper buyer! more

Would not refer anyone to this dealership they unprofessional as well as unreliable. They sold us a vehicle with compromised equipment and getting them to correct there errors was like pulling teeth. Never again will I deal with them nor will I refer them to anyone.I used to be a sales person and never would I have treated my customers the way they have treated us.... more

I purchased a truck here and it was a good experience and a good price. Just beaware of what you are purchasing. They advertised keyless entry and when I picked up the truck there were no remotes. I know I bought it ""as-is"" but still DOUBLE CHECK WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RECIEVE. Also when I bought it I pointed out a few things that they needed to fix and I left the truck with them for two additional days so that they could fix the problems. When I picked up the truck the problems were not fixed and now I have to take it back on my own time so that they can fix the problems that should have been corrected during the two days that they had the truck. But overall not a bad experience. Pros: Good price, fair customer service Cons: Double check everything more
