Lately, we have had excellent service from TruGreen. The tech is showing up intermittently (on time per schedule) and is providing services to the lawn that result in a great looking lawn. Although we do not see him often in person, we know he has been there and the few times we saw him while we were present, we did not unfortunately take the effort to talk to him in person. That is our bad. We believe that TruGreen, via our assigned and personalized Tech, is doning what needs to be done to ensure that our lawn is looking great and doing great in response to treatments. I believe my last service from Trugreen was the aerating. It seemed to be very thorough in coverage and I know this is very important to a healthy lawn. I like the fact that an explanation of the service is left on my door with any instructions and recommendations. Good job! more
