I don't even want to click a star for a rating. These guys didn't do what they said they would do. After I told them they we no longer wanted their service, they called me every couple of weeks asking me to come back. It is always a high pressure sale, and at times they were belligerent. I wouldn't recommend TruGreen to my worst enemy. more

This company will not stop harassing me!!!!!! 5/22/2007

I had the misfortune of hiring these idiots to do my lawn last year, and it it looked better when I did it myself!.\r Now they've been trying to get me to come back and and have honestly been calling me every other day for the last 6 months. Luckily I have a phone service that I can block specific numbers or I would be going out of my mind. I'm ready to call the police and file a report, I've never seen anything like it. Stay away from them they will never leave you alone!!!! Go buy a bag of Scotts and do it yourself and avoid the hassle! more

Lawn services and maintenance 4/20/2005

I would stay away from this company. They advertise free quotes for your lawn and before you know it they already work on it leaving you with a hefty bill. The customer service is very rude and don't have any problems saying that the customer is wrong and their people are right. I had a difficult time dealing with them and when I complained to the BBB I found there were hundreds other customer with a similar complaint like mine. more
