this place got my phone number some how and wouldnt listen to me when i told them i didnt want them to call me. it was like they were asking for money or something.

Excellent service and great professional that did the service. Reid is a number one service technician. He always does the right thing to my yard. He had done a great job keeping my lawn green and weed and fungus free for several years. A real asset to TruGreen . more

Service person was very helpful. She explained the type of grass that we had. There are still some clumps of grass that need to be eradicated, but I know she will work to do that. She gives detailed instruction in caring for the grass. more

Services have been delivered on-time as expected. Scheduling service was easy. The only thing I wish is if I could talk with someone periodically about my lawn. I am at work when they come so, it would be nice to hear from the staff that are looking / servicing my lawn. more

Mostly satisfied with tree and shrub services but we have a very good tech on that part of our service. Very dissatisfied with lawn service. Appointments are not always honored and the technician blames management, management makes it clear that they have many customers and we are only one, so they can't spend much time with us. We have now canceled lawn service through TruGreen. more
