Customer service, if you can call it that, is totally unacceptable. Attempted for over 3 months to address service problem/account problem on newly-purchased property. Dealt with rude telephone receptionists (one of whom placed my call on 'hold' for over 15 minutes), and empty promises by several managerial staff, none of whom addressed the problem. Accordingly, I have cancelled their service on BOTH of my residential properties. They have lost two residential accounts, and quite candidly don't seem bothered by this at all. With service like this (or lack thereof) I fail to understand how this company stays in business.
