This is the second time I have used True green service. I canceled services after two years because weed control was poor lawn overtaken by d grassy weeds. I called another specialist to come analyze my lawn and was told it did not look like it had any pre emergent applied and that is why I had so many weeds. Did it myself last year. I go out of town a lot do decided to use them again (has to be better than nothing). Well nothing is what I'm getting. I was at home for last application and saw technician using broadcast spreader. He was on my property 58 minutes and left slip in mailbox. The slip says he used 175 lbs fertilizers with broadcast, sprayed entire yard with two other chemical's - one with a hand can and another just sprayed from truck. My yard is two acres can't mow on high speed in that time. Now I know why my weed control is so poor. Called true green and service manager is supposed to call me back back- 24 hours and no return call yet. more

Cannot judge. Specialist came while I was away and did not get a chance to interact. However, he was scheduled to come the week before and he called an said that because of snow on the ground, the treatment would not be as effective so he postponed the treatment one week. That shows me professionalism and I appreciate that. more
