This is what Tru Green did for my lawn! 5/7/2011

I paid for service to True Green and they killed a plant so i cancelled, they talked me into coming back last year and what once was 1 of the nicest lawns in neighborhood and now the worse, they said they would only send someone out if I signed up for the service again this year, Grubs killed my lawn I did complain that my yard was looking bad last year and was told it was merely the weather and that many were having lawn problems, Thanks Tru Green for charging me monthly for your so called service shame on me this is second chance that I gave you and you proved that I made a mistake again, silly me! more

TruGreen is horrible 3/4/2011

I paid them for the whole year and they didn't even show up. They took the money they day I called them. I let 4 weeks go by and nothing. I called them to ask them when would they come out and they said they didn't know when they would be out. I told them that I wanted a refund. I would never recommend them to anyone. more

No Show - \r \r Indianapolis, Carmel & Fishers, Indiana\r \r *****\r Business must be really good here.\r Because they don't need your money, or your account.\r I called for a "Entire Year Package". 317) 570-2300....\r They debited my Credit Card $438.96.\r After 10 (business) days of not showing up, I called the office.\r I tried to contact Tom Lewis, General Manager.\r No return phone call. No nothing.\r I even called the home office to try and "Jump Start" the process.\r Today, I look at my Credit Card statement, and they credited my account. Incredible..!!! They didn't even try.\r \r Scott's Lawn Service was delighted to take my money. more

Greenlawn has brought our lawn back to life after a recent construction on our home. However, their lack of communication is worth moving to a different company. They feel they have the right to apply any application to your lawn without your permission. This is unacceptable. After calling the office, the clerk told me that no, they did not have to ask permission to apply care. I expected the regular lawn care, but not the extras without consent. Come on Greenlawn, get your act together. We are moving on. more

They feel they have the right to apply any application to your lawn without your permission. This is unacceptable. After calling the office, the clerk told me that no, they did not have to ask permission to apply care. I expected the regular lawn care, but not the extras without consent. Come on Greenlawn, get your act together. We are moving on. more

dependable lawn care 1/27/2008

True green lawn CARE is a professional lawn care service. Their technicians are licenced and usually accredited. Their dependability is sometimes lacking I believe due to the fact that they over book their clients. This tends to diminish affective customer service. more

Save your money. 11/19/2005

We have a newer yard and called Trugreen to come handle it for us this year as we are busy. It seems, however, that more weeds appeared now that they are treating it. We have had them come back and retreat once or twice, but we still haven't noticed much change in the yard. Next year we won't be wasting the money on their services. more

I would highly recommend trugreen chemlawn for your yard or lawn. Their service is top notch. It's great to have the guys come out and treat your lawn for you. It's convenient and you don't even have to be home. prices are reasonable for the amt. of work they do. I would reuse this service & recommend it to all my friends and family. Try them out. They give out free estimates. more
