We are not yet where we need to be with respect to a Truegreen lawn. Some areas look great whereas other are very ugly with bare spots that are weed infested. The perimeter of the yard seem to have a great deal of issues with weed reoccurance and our rep told us that a certain weed was UN killable. He stated that we could hope reseeding would take and the grass roots wood overtake the weed roots. Since this particular weed was already overraken our grass in the past,I'm not confident in his suggestion. Need help with filling in the large area of bare spots. If we keep killing the weeds each year that are persistent. Will I always have new bare spots.??? more

I really like that I always get a reminder call and email. Over the last few years I have used trugreen my yard had gotten greener and I no longer have clover in my yard. Which is really nice. I have never actually meet anyone who has treated the yard. Overall it has been cost efficient and a time saver. more

The last treatment we received we were not home. I assume the lawn was treated with the necessary chemicals that promote thicker grass and eliminate various kinds of weeds. I will say our first treatment we were at home and I talked to the technician. He answered my questions and did a good job of applying the chemicals. One of the keys to have a good looking lawn is to have the treatments as planned. more

Our regular service guy had truck trouble on the day we were to receive service. We were rescheduled for several days later which was fine with us. Brad Porter showed up as rescheduled and apologized for the delay. We were happy to see we had our regular service guy because he takes very good care of our lawn. We had a problem area in our front yard and he has fixed the problem beyond our expectations. He is a true gentleman and really knows his job. We are very happy with the lawn and our serviceman. more

The quality of the work is very good. The specialists are very courteous and professional. I have no problems with the quality. I think the value for the money is comparable. I was ready to drop the service because of the scheduling process. My needs were not being met around the scheduling. Since I received a call from your new customer care person, Christine, I have been reassured that I will be notified in a timely manner regarding the scheduled times for treatments. more
