If there was less than one star, I'd pick it. This office is the worst. More than once, they would charge me for services they did not provide. When I called to tell them that I'd been over billed, the customer service rep actually said to me, "well sometimes they get busy and just mark stuff as done." So she outright admitted that they are dishonest and scam artists. I gave them a year to get my yard in shape. A year later it's exactly the same. Plus when I called for a service request for my landscape plants, everything the rep told me was wrong. It's all about the sales pitch. Push, push, push for more money from you and provide no services in return. I cancelled the service due to the dishonest nature of the company and now they are hounding me for back payments. So not only do they try to scam you upfront, but even after you cancel. Never, ever use TruGreen.
