Stay away 11/11/2011

I have brown patch. they came out and said they would service it. After a month it looks worse than before. Today after a week of scheduling they came out. The guy said it was in need of a second service, which would require another 100+ payment. I have a piece of paper saying they would redo the service for free if it didn't improve. It didn't only not improve, it got worse. These guys are shysters, stay away. more

TRUGREEN LAWN CARE KILLS LAWNS! 8/23/2010

i HAVE HAD AN AWFUK EXPERIENCE WITH TRUGREEN. THERE WAS HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIN BETWEEN THE TECHNICIAN AND FILED MANAGER, WY LAWN WAS BURNED FROM OVER APPLICATION, NO INSTRUCTIONS LEFT TO WATER IN, DID NOT LOOK UNDER THE TURF FOR GRUBS (THERE WAS PLENTY!!) EVENTHOUGH HE KNEW I HAD THEM LAST YEAR, KEPT APPLYING CHINCH BUG CHEMICALS WHEN I ASKED FOR A GRUB TREATMENT......OVERALL MY YARD WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE. THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT WATERING THE GRASS!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WATERING HEAVILY TWICE A WEEK....OBVIOUSLY THERE ONLY DEFENSE. THEY SAID ""SORRY' FOR NOT CATCHING THE GRUBS BUT WOULD OT REPLACE THE DAMAGED AREAS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR......PAY MORE AND GO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE CO more

Dont know much about grass. 8/26/2009

I have another company and they told me I needed to water more. Called these guys and they told me I had a disease that was quite expensive to fix, but they could handle it. Took some good advice from my friend and found y=uot that disease was underwatering. I fixed it myself by turning the hose on. Wouldnt recommend these them. He was either lying or he didnt know what he was talking about. Pros: Real fast to get out to my house Cons: They gave me bad advice. more
